Full Payment guarantees a space. Deposit of R2000 and one months Rental paid in advance
Occupation dates: Last week of January 2022 (7 days)
Rent will be charged per week (pro-data) before February 2022

Amounts to be paid before moving in

Deposit are refundable in December 2022
Nsfas students do not pay a deposit.

Rental is due on the 1st of every month
All payments to be made by the student until the bursary/sponsorship is paid out
All payments made by the bursar/sponsor will be refunded when payment is made
